Opps I made a mistake:
If you made a mistake while ordering, don't sweat it. Send us an email immediately and we'll do our best to help you. If the order has been processed and posted out, we unfortunately cannot revert the changes.
My order is faulty or damaged:
We're a small business so our quality control is to the highest degree. In the unlikely event that the product you received is faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to rectify the issue. Items must be returned to us in original condition, that is: in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and not attempted to be repaired. Email us your receipt as proof of postage and we will gladly exchange your item, like for like.
I changed my mind:
We're sad you didn't enjoy your order. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind returns. We do our best to provide dimensions, product description and clear photography to provide you with a hassle free purchase.

My item has not arrived or has been returned to sender:
Every order is offered a tracking number that you can follow on the Australia Post website or Auspost app. Once posted, we do not take responsibility for delays or items lost in the mail.
Little willow boutique does not hold any responsibility for addresses that are entered incorrectly. In the event that the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to organise postage at the buyers expense.
